"For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat.; I was thirsty. and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me." (Matthew 25)
In Our Community...
Bath Presbyterian Church contributes to many efforts. For example, we donate food items to both Huber Heights and Fairborn FISH Pantries. We support local schools by collecting and donating beginning of the school year items such as notebooks, pens and pencils, hand sanitizers and the like. A final example is our support to Michael’s House in Fairborn which provides a warm and welcoming environment for children who are suffering from all forms of abuse.
In Our World...
Bath Presbyterian Church participates in the four Presbyterian Church (USA) offerings: One Great Hour of Sharing, Pentecost, Peace and Global Witness and Joy. We sponsor BJ, a 21-year-old young man in Haiti, in partnership with the St. Joseph Family of Haiti. Our Alternative Christmas allows Bath Church congregants to donate to either to a Heifer International project or to choose services, livestock, or products to people in need globally from the Presbyterian Mission Agency Giving Catalog.
